Dihan specialises and in 2003 obtained a masters degree in Commercial Law. He focuses on negotiation, drafting, administration and the resolution of disputes around capital and commodity procurement contracts including Fidic, NEC, GCC, JBCC and other bespoke forms of contract. He has experience in Commercial High Court litigation and often assists clients with Estate and Commercial planning.

Estelle qualified as an attorney in 2006 and joined Du Plessis Mundt in 2010. She leads the firm's Private Law Department and has proven herself an expert in Deceased Estates, Property Law, Conveyancing and Family Law.

Position: Senior Conveyancer

Hesmarie qualified as a conveyancer in 2003. She is a property law specialist with experience in Commercial, Residential and Agricultural Land Transfers, Bond Registration and Cancellation, Town Planning and New Developments.

Position: Candidate Attorney

Carlia will be admitted as an attorney in 2020 and has proven her interest in both High Court and Magistrate’s Court litigation.
